GSS was started in 1995 and officially formed as a private limited company in Bangalore in 1997. GSS was formed as an advisory company to bring in professionalism, value systems, clarity in business, creating a win-win situation, statutorily clear transactions. Majority of our clients were from the construction and real estate sector. With the experience of advising in real estate and constructions, we entered reality as a professional advisory company providing end to end professional and perfect solutions.

During 2004-2005 we researched the potential of real estate in Mysuru. The high potential and the scope for professional advisory made us come to Mysore. With the mix of professional and emotional business strategies, we started reality and construction in Mysore. With the support of all the builders and developers of Mysore, small and big real estate agents and the officials in connected government departments, we were able to build up a genuine, safe and secure company. With such supportive systems, we have specialized ourselves in marketing of sites, flats and villas. Further to this, we had opportunities to develop few projects. Each project, we have learnt to improvise in quality, service, deliveries, pricing, legality...

We have felt the pains of each individual investor in procurement of a property, going through the legalities, procurement of loans, registration of the documents and taking possession of the property.
